Come one, come all! Animal lovers, this is a group for you! We will participate in field trips, learn about local animals, enjoy guest speakers, and of course: document our observations! We may even be fortunate enough to have a photography lesson with a local artist! This is a play-based program.

What are the essential skills? How to use a map (Google Maps), how to make phone calls, planning skills—eg: plan your day/schedules, how to write an email, how to handle an emergency. We will explore these skills and practice them through skits, videos, play, and repetition! We will not be limited to the classroom, but this is not scheduled to be a field trip program. Based at Cottonwood Centre

Back by popular demand! We can learn a lot from our mistakes. Last season we passed our safety inspections, learned about working together, and we learned some basic skills for the kitchen. This season, we hope to break down recipes and recreate them, learn about fondant, and keep creating in the kitchen!
Social Skills: General social skills, problem solving, life skills, and being part of a group.
Everyone loves a good joke, but there are times and places for them. If you enjoy pranks or jokes, this group is for you! We will learn about everything from the knock, knock jokes, to wordplay, pranks, and joke etiquette. Each child will create their own joke book with their favorites from each week. At Cottonwood Centre
